These terms govern the use of velano.bg. The website provides information about microcement systems, materials, installation and training and lets you send enquiries.

By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Online orders and payments are currently not available on this website. The online shop is being prepared and shows an information page only.

Detailed terms for orders through the online store, including prices, delivery, payment, withdrawal and complaints, will be published before online checkout is activated. This does not limit consumers’ statutory rights where a sale or service contract is concluded individually by email, telephone or other lawful means.

An initial enquiry by email or phone is not, by itself, an order and does not oblige either party to enter into a contract.

VELANO may provide an individual proposal for materials, services or training. Prices, availability, delivery timeframes, scope of services and other terms are agreed in each case. Statutory consumer rights continue to apply where a consumer contract is concluded.
