The VELANO online shop is being prepared. Online orders and payments are currently not available on this website and product prices are not shown.
2. How to obtain materials
Send an enquiry through the contact form or to office@velano.bg describing your project, materials, quantities and location. We will individually confirm availability, price including VAT, lead time and delivery.
Materials are sourced on demand. Lead times depend on the product and manufacturer availability and are confirmed before ordering.
3. Delivery
Delivery method and cost within Bulgaria are agreed individually for each order, depending on the weight and type of materials.
4. Future online shop
Detailed terms for orders, payment, delivery, withdrawal, returns and complaints will be published before automated online sales are activated.
Even now, where a distance contract is concluded individually with a consumer through correspondence, the applicable statutory obligations and consumer rights apply, including pre-contract information, the right of withdrawal where provided by law (generally 14 days, subject to statutory exceptions) and the rules on complaints. The relevant contractual information is supplied before the consumer becomes bound.
